Our Base Maintenance and APU Service Centre is located at Dublin Airport, supported by a team of expert mechanics and engineers, our APU service centre is adept at handling various APU types to meet the diverse needs of operators. All our mechanics undergo OEM training, and we procure equipment and tooling directly from manufacturers to ensure the highest standards and preserve the value of your APU.
In addition to APU services, Dublin Aerospace conducts Base Maintenance Services for Airbus A320 Family and Boeing 737 NG & Classic aircraft at our four-bay facilities within Dublin Airport. During the summer season, these bays can be configured to accommodate one narrow-body and one wide-body aircraft simultaneously.
Our experienced and dedicated staff specialise in C-Checks, covering standard biennial tasks to structural inspections extending beyond 12 years. Our global reputation attracts a wide range of customers seeking excellence in aircraft maintenance.
Our state-of-the-art Landing Gear facility is based in Ashbourne, Ireland. The facility provides maintenance on aircraft landing gear where it overhauls up to 350 B737 and A320 legs per year. With four new electroplating lines, light and heavy machine shops, dedicated inspection, and NDT centre, under one roof, this unit can accomplish all the tasks required for a complete overhaul.
Through lean processes and in-house capabilities, we maintain strict control over product quality, ensuring adherence to the highest industry standards.
With a combination of Aircraft Engineering Apprenticeships for Aircraft Overhaul in the Dublin Aerospace Hangars and Mechanical Automation and the Toolmaking Apprenticeship for the Landing Gear, APU, and Component Workshop, the Dublin Aerospace Apprenticeship provides a blended approach of classroom and hands-on experience.
